A therapist, Casey Calvert, is waiting in her office for her next client, Jean Hollywood. When Jean arrives, Casey asks them how things have been since the previous therapy session. Jean says that things have been going well: theyve been a bit busy, but not too stressed out. After the pleasantries, the conversation then moves on to a topic the two of them have been discussing during the past few sessions: Jeans sexuality. Jean admits that they havent had any major breakthroughs yet in terms of figuring that out. Its all been rather confusing, and also frustrating, because people keep wanting to put labels on them. Jean feels as if everyone just wants to put them into a box, instead of actually getting to know them as a person.
Jean says that theyve been struggling with their gender identity as well. Once again, everyone just wants to put a simple label on them, but none of those terms seem to exactly fit. They used to describe themself as trans, but then they realized that didnt seem to suit who they are. Other terms such as genderfluid, gender non-conforming, and non-binary didnt seem to fit either. It feels like theyve been trying so many different labels, and none of them work. There are no easy answers, but maybe thats the whole point... a human being is more complicated than just a label or a bunch of tags, so why would Jean even WANT to find a simple label for themself?
As Jean speaks, Casey is sympathetic and caring. She patiently listens to everything they have to say, and asks them questions to help them open up about their feelings even more. Eventually, Jean expresses their appreciation for how genuinely caring Casey is, and that they admire Caseys confidence as well. In fact, Jean admits that the one easy answer they DO have about themself is that they have feelings for her. Casey hesitates for a moment, then gently says this is something that often happens in therapy, when a client talks so much about intimate topics that they end up redirecting those intimate feelings towards their therapist. Its called transference. But Jean says thats just another label, and what theyre feeling for Casey is real.
It seems that Casey has been secretly harboring similar feelings after all, because she says that if the two of them were to act on these feelings, it would change things. Jean points out that she said during a previous session that change can be a positive thing. Casey admits thats a good point, and the two of them move closer together...
Leilani Li is waiting for her blind date, Casey Calvert, to come pick her up. Leilani is exasperated because Casey is late. When Casey finally arrives, she barely looks up from her phone, and doesnt apologize for being late. Leilani is incredulous at the lack of courtesy, and looks like she has half a mind to call off the date. However, Leilani ends up half-heartedly asking what restaurant theyre going to. Casey says the name of the restaurant, and Leilani looks displeased at her choice. Now its Caseys turn to look put off, thinking that Leilani must be a snob. However, they both still agree to proceed with the date, even though neither of them seems very enthusiastic. Sometime later, they return after the date, and the mood is completely different. It turns out they had a good time and actually have GREAT chemistry. Casey apologizes for being late and distracted before, explaining shes under a lot of stress. Leilani apologizes for coming across as a snob, explaining that the restaurant is where her ex used to take her. Theyre both happy that they gave the date a chance, instead of calling it off due to bad first impressions. And now that the misunderstandings are out of the way, they have a fun idea to make the date even BETTER!

Braylin Bailey is feeling lost in life. Her girlfriend, Ariel Demure, mysteriously disappeared and the worst is presumed to have happened. Now that the truth is revealed, Ariel doesnt try to deny it. Instead, she promises Braylin a life of eternal love. After some soul-searching, Braylin realizes that she cant risk losing Ariel all over again and finally gives in. She invites Ariel inside and they have passionate sex, which leads to them solidifying their eternal bond...

A teacher, Gracie Jane, and her teaching assistant, Lulu Chu, are grading assignments together at a kitchen table. They clearly have a warm rapport, and have decided to catch up on grading together during off-hours at Gracies house after school. While they grade the papers, Gracies wife, Daphne, mills around in the background as she prepares to go to yoga class.
